Return policies
Customers must check all packages and goods at time
of receipt. Any damage must be noted on the freight
receipt at time of delivery, without exception. If that
step is fulfilled, ChbatteriesWholesale will replace any
damaged merchandise, once we receive it in our warehouse
with its R/A# (Return Authorization Number) written on
the outside of the package. Please email our Customer
Service Department in order to obtain a R/A#. We will
refuse or not process returned merchandise that has not
been assigned an R/A # or that does not have our R/A #
on the return. Our company is not responsible for
returned merchandise that has not been assigned an R/A
#. Returned merchandise must be in new and unused
condition and contained in the original packaging
materials.
Merchandise ordered by mistake may be returned for
exchange. Customers has five (5) business days from the
date the merchandise is received to notify
ChbatteriesWholesale concerning a return request. In
this case clients must email ChbatteriesWholesale
Customer Service Department in order to obtain a R/A#.
The assignment of a R/A# does not automatically assure a
credit will be issued. The R/A# must be written on the
outside of the packaging. Returned merchandise must be
in new and unused condition and contained in the
original packaging materials. A 20% restocking fee will
be applied. Outgoing freight and handling charges are
not refundable. Refunds for purchases made using Credit
Cards may be credited to the account number given at
time of purchase (less any applicable
restocking/freight/handling fees). Freight and insurance
on returned goods must be prepaid by the customer. Our
company will not received returned products that not
meet the mentioned requirements and no exchange or
refund will be issued. The returned merchandise must
arrive to our company in perfect conditions.
ChbatteriesWholesale will be not liable for goods
damaged during returned shipping process, and will have
right to discount the damaged merchandise/s from the
customer credit.
Products Quality
We are 100% responsible for the goods we sell. For
product warranties or if you find that certain
merchandise don t have the quality it usually has,
please contact our Customer Service
